Terms of Service

Carrd Account
Client must have an active Carrd account with at least 1 (one) site slot available.
Limited to 50 elements for a free Carrd account; upgrade to min. Pro Lite account for more complex elements.
Please note that Carrd still has limited features, such as: overlapping elements, big images (need to be resized), etc. So a more complex layout might be difficult to do.
The site will be shared as admin to the client's account while finalizing, then transferred when finished.
Usage
Monetized fee is included; you can use the finished Carrd design for: commission page, VTuber reference page, OC/IP page, etc. Commercial use (re-selling the design) is prohibited.
Credits: "Carrd design by: spicycikinwings" are not allowed to be deleted as long as the design is being used.
I reserve the right to use and post commissioned work results on my social media as a sample for upcoming ones and my portfolio. Otherwise, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of $100 / IDR1,000K will be applied.
The final piece and any of my works aren't allowed to be used in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any future inventions in this field. It can't be used in AI generators as well.
Work Process
Please provide references for the site concept and color tone. It can be a form of rough sketch, visual references such as moodboards, images, etc. Any details would be very helpful!
The estimated time for a site is max. at 3-6 weeks of working days (Mon-Fri), depending on the complexity. I can't take any rush commission at the time, so your patience will be very much appreciated.
Payments are made upfront after the mockup is done.
